Appx 50k per club per month if equally shared, it wont be but it should cover the budget. I wonder if we will do what other clubs have done in the last two days and splashed the cash? Some clubs will and will basically be paid by the government to walk the league.

I wonder if MG will be back now the budget seems to be being picked up by the government.

Not sure i agree with this bail out as clubs will take the piss and those taking the piss the most will get more money.

Would be nice if it were based on average costs etc for same period over past 3 years.  That way clubs suddenly paying out loads more than before wont get away with it

Average incomings would be better. Average gate receipts , then any clubs with iffy attendances or paying envelopes to players as top ups would be snookered and get some Karma.

It looks like it will be weighted so National clubs will get more but you'd think clubs budgets will be covered even at our level. Hopefully we play the system well as other clubs are sure to do it. One for Mr Fiore to research and look into. A bit of nouse here could give clubs a real advantage.

One presumes once spectators admitted the bail out stops, even if it is reduced crowds?. If so and you splash the cash, you soon get found out at that point. As I have no idea when that may be and I suspect RSM Han**** doesn't  either, best of luck effing the season or going broke by February. In those circumstances, if you pass round the bucket, expect something very unsavoury to be put in it.

Fylde signed someone on a transfer the day after the announcement, Whats the worst clubs can do? unload players? so sign them non contract and if the government pull the money you offload the players. There will be a system to play here and many clubs will play it like a fiddle and those that dont are snookered.

Presuming you can still generate enough to pay those that are on contract.

Does anyone actually know how this cash is going to be distributed. If it really is on the basis of projected costs for this year, and someone has been commercially naive enough to declare that number up front, then we deserve everything we get. As has been suggested above, this should surely be based on some sort of historic, auditable average
