Excellent interview. It's brilliant that the directors are keeping the supporters updated. Thank you to everyone involved.

Good news about lots there, a bit concerning that 24/7 will be the streaming partner as they did the streaming for the BDO Darts World Championships and the camerawork was abysmal all of the tournament with the cameramen not having a scooby and they got ripped to pieces.

"Instead a company called 24/7 are doing the production and they are a much smaller and cheaper company hence all the terrible mistakes with the graphics and the poor camera work" and my personal favourite " Whoever is on camera now should be shot"

was one of many comments about our new streaming partners, google is full of them and heres just one forum https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin//showthread.php?t=2058042502&page=3   and they start ripping 24/7 on page 2 of a 48 page thread and it doesnt get better...  it was embarrassingly bad, I'm sure the club have done their due diligence and seen footage and proof of the streaming reliability and it is a year or so on from the BDO shambles.

Hopefully they can handle filming football well and streaming and the ppv system.

Well done to Gavin for getting regular interviews.

Good interview, but the first question is still missing: Can you explain the situation with MG and the relationship between the new directors and the ultimate owner? And proper answers given?

£7.50 is a great price and Excellent work on the sponsorship (and any van supplied with it!). Quality of the stream will soon be known.

The stuff about medical the club just calls 999 if its serious. And there used to be a doctor employed on day rate for home games. Get them back and save the expensive upfront outlay.....

Yes a good I/view, as all the recent ones have been, it certainly gives the impression that the club now have guys in charge who are approaching their roles professionally, rather than as a hobby. I also wonder what interest / role MG now has, but given his past involvement Im quite happy for him to be well out of the limelight.

We seem to be doing things a lot better recently and trying to improve, better communication recently too. Over the last 3 years naff all was done properly, There will be teething problems and errors but you get the impression the club are now trying to do things properly and will sort any problems.

I have been given the impression that MG is still the main man but has stepped away and put a management type structure below him but if he wants to jump back in he can at any time.

So if he wants to step back in he can, or if he wants to take something out of the club he can, because he still owns it. Surely there should be an official annoucement.

On the subject of income and filming, how about setting up a (mini!) drive in cinema in the car park :)

I heard something very substantial to that affect that came about due to something that recently happened. I just hope the realisation is that this is not a game and the 3 appointed people of whom should have the backing of everyone are allowed to get on with it and take the club forwards. There has been huge improvement in a short space of time and long may it continue.

It would not be a surprise if MG asked for some of the £30k per month that the club are getting or some of the sponsorship money, or anything of that nature. Not in the slightest.

The guys running the club, as managers, or franchise holders are all skilled and clearly want to improve things.

It wasn't about money actually but the running situation and came from the mouth of someone involved in a situation recently. The money I would think is a given that he will take a 'wage'.
