A very good interview once again, congratulations to Matt Nd Gavin. Im all in favour of the supporters being kept up to date with the daily running of the club. Not only that but well done to Matt Mein for stepping up to become Covid officer, if he hadn't things would probably have been very different
The current Covid epidemic is a serious issue and it is clear from Matts interview that Welling United are treating it seriously. We are in good hands and many thanks must go out to him and the volunteers who are staffing a complicated regime, for both the good of the Club and supporters, when we are allowed to return. I wholeheartedly agree with Nigel, without them things would have been very different.

In three words I can sum up everything i've learnt in life; it goes on.
I have been fortunate enough to see just how good a job Matt is doing to keep people safe. He will have some new challenges when supporters are allowed in and I hope that everyone respects the new protocol.
These interviews give us so much insight into what's going on at the club. Thank you Gavin and Matt.
It's good, but so much of it is nonsense.... arriving at different times, one way systems....perspex between seats on the coach (a closed environment!) and asymptomatic the super spreaders not tested prior to games.... and there's a player who tested positive .....
Not knocking the effort of delivery, just that it is actually lots and lots of nonsense.
But hey, fans will be back and let's see how that pans out!!!!!
