Proposed by Maidstone United and seconded by Dulwich Hamlet a vote of no confidence in the National League chairman and Board of Directors. An email has been sent to clubs in the 3 leagues seeking a reply by noon tomorrow.

If they didn't have the balls to push back up the chain, which they manifestly didn't, and have decided to save their face by crapping on those down the chain, don't be surprised if those down the chain who do have the balls come after them (whether they be those who wanted to play or stop - they seem to be uniting both in this!)

If the motion fails, the National League board could make life very difficult for those who sign so it will be interesting to see who joins Maidstone and Dulwich in this. The only club who has announced that they are also behind this is Chester.

Depends what they stand to lose by not doing it. If it will put you out of business paying the fine, how much more difficult can it get?

There are also rules lurking about taking legal action against your association which I imagine would be much easier to legally argue against if you had tried a constitutional route and had subsequently been comparitively unfairly treated.
