Delighted to see Penney in the side after his knock last week.

I didnt go today but sounds like what Ive seen at home - we only play well once we go behind or for small sections of a match.  Not sure what it is but against Billericay and today we were poor first half. I think we should be bolder with a firm game plan from the off.

Im just glad only one team is going down this season, we may have climbed up the table a bit, but have played more games, so the reality is wed be in a relegation fight that would be a struggle to avoid if 3 were going down.

Thought the first half was pretty awful, but much better second half. Penney was great throughout, thought Che was much better in the second half, and thought Carr and Stevenson done well when they came on.

Was at the game - I think my first away game since Kingstonian v Welling in 1992 in the FA Cup (that I believe let to Nicky Brigden's demise...)

Anyhow thought we looked completely out of sorts first half where our midfield seemed to disappear - agree with what was said above, Carr/Stevenson perked us up (should one or both be starting?), Krabbendam was good in 2nd half.

Felt like we were probably worth shipping two goals in the first half, not the second...! Two decent finishes for their goals.

Hello to the Welling fans I chatted to at the Electric Bear taproom if they're on here
