Could have been 3 nil at half time with some of the chances we created. Poor in the second half though and it seemed we were happy to let Tonbridge have all the possession and we rarely got out of our half. The few times we did, some poor passing decisions in the final third prevented us killing the game off. Great to win and get a clean sheet, but we cant rely on good first half performances and sitting back in the 2nd over and over, the better teams will take advantage.

Great performance from Sims, well deserved MOTM.

A win is a win and 3 very valuable points. Not much between the teams in my opinion, we certainly took a lot of pressure in the second half. But well done to all.

Not the first time we have adopted this approach. But say what you like, I am happier with our league position than I was a couple of months ago

One thing is for sure and I do hope I dont curse him but Jack Sims is a a very very good keeper.

To be brutally honest we got away with that. However 3pts is 3pts and I am not going to argue against that. If they had a decent forward they would have got at least a point. Defence again played very well and our keeper is top notch and I hope we can keep him. I should just like to win a game with a degree of confidence without holding out for the final whistle. PS that run form Aaron Barnes in the first half would have been the goal of the season if the the ball had not been nipped away from him (by one of our own players). Next Saturday will be a test to see where we are, I hope we do ourselves justice.

Happy with the 3 points obviously but again we only play well one half. First half was decent but second half wasn't, without Sims we wouldn't have got the points - excellent display.

We are moving in the right direction though but i just hope we can pick up points with more enjoyable displays.
