Coming soon Gavin and myself will hopefully be recording a podcast with the manager, going to be talking about growing up in Belfast, his playing/managerial career etc and his hopes for the coming season. If anyone has a question for Warren to add to the show then please comment below

Recruitment is always difficult...and many times we have still not finished even after the season has started......What are Warrens plans?

Would he be looking to get a set squad early or build slowly?

Players he has kept, would like to have kept.
Has he found somewhere to live? Or are we getting another portacabin in the car park?

What's the realistic target for next season - from the board or his personal target?

Following Marks question, what is the likely recruitment approach and make up % between season signings / dipping into the loan market / pre-season trialists?

You can have the core of the squad early but a lot of players only become available in the last couple of weeks before the season starts, some even once it has commenced.

He has mentioned in previous interviews that he admires Diego Simeone and his preference for 442. Simeone has been criticised for his defence first approach in the champions league. Would he describe his approach as defence first?
Also. How would he describe his contacts as far as recruitment is concerned at N L South level?

In the past WUFC have signed players with release clauses allowing them to leave and the club getting 50p and if lucky a packet of crisps.  Will he ensure for any players (especially those the club nurtures) the club get realistic financial compensation.

Can you please ask Warren about our training schedule this season. Will we keep the 2 day time sessions or switch to evening? And will the fitness/goalkeeping coach be replaced?

Following on from the earlier questions on recruitment, will he be doing all his own recruiting bearing in mind that he doesn't know this league as well as many others do? Paul Whitehead's interview suggested that there are some interesting signings to be announced.

Hi Nigel

Could you ask; without being disrespectful to the players that have departed there have been some surprises among the names. Have these in the main been player or management decisions to part ways?

Cheers

Id like to ask him particularly about his home life and his work with the Irish FA and with the Wings. How does he, and other managers in a similar position, get it to all work? What does a typical week look like?
