Good to hear some positive news re developments in and around the ground. I like the sound of the road end being covered.

Some great news, so we are getting a refurbishment of the park end terrace and a brand new covered end replacing the high street side of the ground, and some of that (possibly all) will be ready by August. Did I hear that right?

I read it that we are getting cover at the Road End not sure if anything else there will be brand new. However, this is good news.

If we will have to move the pitch when the 3G replaces the grass pitch (23/24?), will this mean minimal standing space at the park end?

I assume that it will be a temporary scaffolding cover at the road end if everything is going to be moved a year later. It would be a waste of money to erect anything permanent. There should still be room for terracing at the park end because there is room to move everything back without the need to chop down trees.

As Mark has said above, there will be terraces at the Danson end of the ground because of the extra land. Ive spoken to the chairman and we are going to record a YouTube vlog very soon where we walk around the ground and discuss ground developments

Probably for future development (flats) of the road end.

That would be really helpful. The chairman of Sutton Utd did a similar YouTube vlog recently on the developments at Gander Green Lane and it was fascinating to watch. It's not that long ago that we beat them in a playoff - the difference between the clubs now on and off the pitch underlines what we have missed out on.
