Farnborough's Twitter is very clear it is ooff, I would trust that source.
Farnborough FC@FarnboroughFC· 1h POSTPONED
Tonights @TheVanaramaNL South home game with @wellingunited has been Postponed due to a frozen pitch.
More to follow later this afternoon
It is a shame, as we have already had to postpone the Havant game due to the cup run, now this postponement. But at least the postponement today gives Danny extra training time, which is helpful with new signings fitting in.

Dartford's away match at Truro hasnt been postponed, hope they dont have a late postponement, travelling all the way down there only to find the match is off. bexleylion, I forgive you!

So far its the only game that is on in the league tonight. I see it is a barmey 4 degrees in Plymouth today. Positively tropical

I have been brooding about bexleylion, I was far too quick to show him merciful forgiveness in my unexpected role as lone prophet of our salvation... can someone urgently contact bexleylion and assure him the Farnborough match is definitely going ahead today.
Come on guys, no need to be Private Fraser from Dads Army saying "we're doomed". Our new central defender signing looks a fab decision by Danny, and those were two serious finishes against Chesterfield that would have beaten any defence, academy or otherwise.

That's hilarious, I was only joking earlier, I never thought the match would be postponed so late bearing in mind they knew poor Dartford fans would have travelled hundreds of miles for the match.
What is funnier still is the match was postponed late in the day in December when Dartford fans had already got to the ground!
Dartford have released Harvey Bradbury & he is now at Farnborough. Mark beat me to it on our ex. player thread. Not sure if Bradbury would have played against us last night had the match gone ahead.
We now await the rearranged fixture along with the Havant & Waterlooville game.
Jimmie your comments are out of order. Imagine that happening for a Welling game. Wouldn't find that hilarious.
Plus further inaccuracies from our Bromley supporting super statistician. The original fixture was on a Saturday in early November and was postponed on the previous day at 8:30am due to a waterlogged pitch. Therefore, no fans had already arrived at the ground, the match wasn't called off at the last minute & it wasn't in December!! A few had booked hotels in advance which is pretty standard for a long away trip.
In relation to last night's postponement, a handful of Darts fans had made the journey and were obviously seething. A few of our pals didn't risk it though. The club had checked with Truro F.C. and were given the all clear at 2pm. Further, it appears that no pitch inspection was undertaken until the officials arrived at the ground, not that long before kick off! It is highly likely the pitch was already frozen at 8:00am. As has already been stated, as much as Dartford are rivals, this is simply not on. Remember that journey & scoreline back in August for us Welling faithful.
After Harvey Bradbury going from Dartford to Farnborough, our postponement against Farnborough, Dartford's outrageous postponement against Truro, we must get three points against ...Truro.
Sorry, I had read the Dartford fans complaining about the very late postponement of their away game, think it was December, but it turns out it wasn't Truro, not sure now what team it was, thanks for the correction.
Well, humour is relative, it woudn't be funny if it happened to us, but when it happens to our relegation rivals Dartford, then it makes me at least smile. As does Wallop's comment, taking a long journey to the West to see Bromley shows a commitment to football! But that had a happy ending, I navigated the incredibly complex route from Dartford station to the Dartford ground and survived the experience, though watching Dowse's Dartford nearly killed me as his team reminded me of watching us in the past, stick one guy up front and give him no support.
