Where does it come from?

We are trying to cover/improve positions that any one of any worth are already seconded.

Far beyond my knowledge, but when we had academy players coming through, they filled better gaps than what we are currently achieving.

I know there is a whole Flore scenario, but to those of us less educated, could someone explain?
