I still can't get my head around why we are letting in under 16s for free. Yes ok they may buy a burger & soft drink, but the main money maker is in the bar. Why not charge them £7 . That may go towards the cost of supplying the electricity for the heating for the tent.

Because once you and I are dead and buried (or burnt in my case) the survival of the club will depend on under 16s of today. We need to encourage youngsters into the club, get them involved, let them take an interest in helping out. That will help the club survive. I really do hope once the current licence expires with the Rhondos Academy we will either link up with another team or set up our own. Get them in young and they will stay for life.
I have noticed some of the under 16s look in the shop. A few have bought hats and scarves. Not a great deal of money but it helps. While we know this does not go directly to the club it helps fund things around the ground including the £2500 heater WUSA has just provided for the marquee.
