Got out of jail tonight. Carry on like that and we will be relegated.

Very disappointed with that to be honest.
The centre back took one for the team and his face was a mess. definite red card offence.
To take so long in deciding what to do next was baffling.
Should have started the second half with a plan in place, playing against ten men, rather than the pantomime that followed.
No change of shape and finished the first half and five mins of the second half on an even Kiel.
See how Tonbridge changed their game Tuesday night, we should have done similar rather than trying to replay a rocky film with a patched up CB.
Sorry, but that was three points dropped, and if it wasn't for poor goalkeeping, wouldn't have got nothing from that game.
Hold stringer fully to blame for that, and starting to lose confidence in his managerial nous.
As for his counterpart, think he is the tactician of this managerial twosome and with Stringer being last nights voice, it showed.

It needed a strong HT managerial team reform, and tonight, unfortunately, that never happened.

Very disappointed playing a team below us with 10 men for half a game and celebrating a draw.

I completely admire Daves leadership skills and desire to fight which is why he stayed on the field, but that decision should have been taken out of his hands. To gain a man advantage on a team you are in a relegation battle with ( like it or not we are in a battle)we should have been pressing on, instead we volunteered to also play with ten for fifteen plus mins instead of using that advantage to potentially at that stage go 1-0 up, purely down to bad decision making. Dave should have been off straight away after that sort of injury and we had defensive options on the bench as well as Ben wells on the field who could have dropped back there.
Rod said in post match they knew we would score but I dont agree with that at all, we had a lot of going nowhere forward play and tbh didnt look like scoring until a pop shot snuck in when 90% of keepers in this league would have saved it.Rod also asked for less negativity but tbh I feel most fans are probably scraping the barrel for any positives at the moment. 5 points in three games is a small positive when you say it like that but in reality we threw away a two goal lead at home and failed to beat a team in the bottom three who played 70 mins with ten men. So my positive slant is 5 points are better than none and I think two months ago that would have been zero points from three games so perhaps thats progress . It would be interesting to know what peoples expectations are for the rest of the season because for me its got to be avoid going down?

It wasn't a joyous watch was it?

I hear Rod calling for the fans support and cease with the negativity, which I completely understand and I'd like to think I've done more than my share of being supportive. I still back the manager and his assistant as the right people for the job but the magic formula of last season has definitely been lost amongst too many changes to the line up and fans have the right to comment and question that. Again - Chuks...is he in or out? Elliott Long, likewise. It seems like players get a couple of games max and then its chop and change again and it shows. Partnerships aren't building in the key areas of the field. I completely get that some changes are forced by injuries and suspensions but not the number we are making. As soon as Long came on, he impacted the game. Yes he's a bit lightweight and inconsistent but he's learning this level and I can't help but feel that a consistent run of games in the right position is what he needs, rather than bench one week, in the next. Can't do much for confidence or form. Hope to see some stability in the line up and formation. Nobody expects to win every week and there is understanding from most of us about budget constraints, injuries etc......but I sometimes feel like it seems like drawing lots when I arrive at the ground and anticipate what the starting line up would be.

There's surely a case for a smaller squad by 4-5 players and use the budget to have more quality and less quantity ?  Taylor-Crossdale is a case in point and I've said it since day one, despite the opening day spectacular goal. The guy hasn't got what it takes and yet he's in, on from the bench etc at the expense of the likes of Chuks. Every time he's brought on looks like a wasted substitution to me
