I would just like to thank everyone that has tuned into Radio Wings this season, and for the many messages and interaction that's happened before, during and after broadcasts. It's fair to say that this season has been a challenge to keep positive, when results and performances have been way below the standard required to compete in the National League South.
Despite our fortunes this season the listening figures have been very good, i find it amazing how supporters can be on holiday on a beach in Barbados, yet still tune in to hear how Welling are doing, fantastic.
I'd like to thank WUSA for sponsoring Radio Wings this season, thier support has been very much appreciated. Also many thanks to Mark Doig and Gavin Sutton for helping on commentary, having them alongside is so helpful and I think it sound's more professional. And also to Olly Groome, He has really helped Radio Wings grow, with him constantly promoting the broadcasts to attract more listeners. The Club's social media and Website has never been so good, and that's down to Olly, he's a great asset to the club
I'm delighted to say that Radio Wings will return for next season, hopefully Welling will be challenging to get back to the National League, and we will be there to cover all the action.
Until then I hope everyone has a great summer, before you know it,we'll all be back again

My grateful appreciation Nigel, and Mark and Gavin for the excellent work you did this season under very trying circumstances.
Always great commentary, been a saviour for me as I have been unable to travel to way matches his season.
Really great news Wings Radio is going to carry on next season.
