The battery in this most important piece of equipment at the ground is in need of replacement. WUSA committee were prepared to step up and purchase this as it is something that could but hopefully not be needed by a fan. However I am very pleased to tell eveyone our friends at the Discover Welling Community Group have offered £50 towards the cost. Following an email sent to WUSA membership one of our members has kindly covered the balance of £239. Our member wishes to remain anonymous, however on behalf of everyone can I thank them and Discover Welling for their generousity.
