100% effort, which was clearly displayed this evening.
However, pity help if John sustained an injury.
Difficult to judge with three more incoming, but I will repeat, although he saved a penalty, the guy we have between the sticks is not the answer.
It was clear as day we set ourselves up not concede.
That was honourable and acceptable in our current precarious state.
However, unless we are prepared to dig deep financially, there really isnt a plan B.
We so need to get a stable side.
Positives- worked hard for the full 90
Negatives - never looked like scoring.
If we only have the tools we currently have in our toolbox, I would ask the defender who scored a cracker at Billericay if he fancied a go up front.

The best way you could put the result was a plucky bottom of the table side coming up against a well drilled almost professional outfit in Chatham who edged it because of fine margins in the game.

It was never going to be easy last night, 3 players out with personal issues, more players coming in to fill the void. It was always going to leave us on the backfoot really in the final 3rd with Femi out, and you could see how isolated Ufuah was in that false 9 position. Every time he got on the win he always got double marked as like all season, and I have to say when that other full back was bombing forward we looked a real menace in many situations ultimately with no real bite.

Defensively so impressive with how we held off their attacks up front. They really struggled to create chances because we were so tight essentially going into banks of 4 at times across the pitch then pushing up higher in the field to squeeze them, and it worked really well for the players and the defensive effort. The goal itself was pretty poor, but it was never going to be easy to defend a rebound like that so not much we could have really done.

Cheshunt game is really making me nervous. Got to win it.

Lot better performance from the team which is encouraging. We moved onto Saturday and hopefully we can get some points in the bag.
