So, I paid for a ticket with the online information provided, sort code, account number and completed and sent the form. That was on the 4th May. I've had no acknowledgement either by text or email. I've since emailed and got no reply. I've tried phoning and nobody answers. Do I really have to walk to the ground to confirm that my payment has been processed?

Sounds like about right for Welling. I get the feeling that they make it up as they go along. I'm still really annoyed that we was told that there was not going to be a price increase on season tickets, but what do you know there WAS !
