Ouch. On the plus side, tight old league - everyone has lost a game already...

Wasnt at game so cant comment on performance. But six changes to Saturday, seemed a lot even with the quick turnaround.

I thought the ref was a bit pedantic, and their guys kept falling over with only slight pressure. Dont understand why their keeper only got a yellow after reacting as he did - but he was off anyway 10 minutes later. I dont think the wind and the plastic pitch helped, it took a while for us to come to terms with the conditions.

I think we were the better footballing team, but they put the muscle in. Not the end of the world, hopefully just a wake up call

They also had the advantage of not playing on Saturday. Never mind, into Faversham on Saturday.

Yep, they definitely looked sharper than us and we seemed unable to cope with their right-winger.

Hats off to our superb away following.

If the Wings...

A neutral went with me and commented on their Number 11. He wasnt neutralised anywhere near enough.

Took a mate with me who is a Charlton fan. He couldnt believe the standard of the officials. Commenting to me about the constant shirt pulling by Crays no 7 and how easily their players went down. Im still working on him to come to along to our home games though.
