Just back from Sudges lunchtime walk and bumped into John outside my local shops. Apart from Ellis Green who lived close to me and knew some of the youngsters who hung around with my eldest this is the first time I have had a conversation with a player or ex player outside of a football scenario. Really nice chap and wished us well for the season.
