I make no apology for copying this posting which forms part of a thread on the youth forum on this forum too where it will get a greater airing.
I'm sure Adie knows that he has not only the team but all the supporters behind him but it does no harm to actually say it occasionally.
Adie is a top man.
He has a unmistakable passion for all (well I would imagine almost all ) things Welling United; has created a team sitting in a play off place on peanuts; is respected by all (or nearly all) of those whose paths he crosses; has instilled a great atmosphere in the dressing room and has the team really buzzing; travels all over the country to watch sides; devotes time and has input into the senior youth side; and recognises that supporters are more than just mugs who pay their £10 over the turnstiles.
It is my honest opinion the club do not appreciate the precious asset which he undoubtably is and it concerns me each time I see a vacancy like that currently at Rushden and Diamonds arise.
