You can say that again. The players come up trumps after a few dodgy games. What a game to do it in, away at second placed team. Now theres no reason if they commit themselves that another winning run cant happen. Cant be bad 2 defenders and a midfielder scoring!
Superb result, well done to Ade, Phil and the players. Keep it up lads.

Absolutely superb performance all round. I've been quick to criticise Mark Goodfellow, but he had a great game today and took his goal very well. We had one disallowed (not sure what for) and should have had a penalty.
I'm really chuffed with the performance today and wouldn't like to single anyone out apart from Bod ;o)
On Radio Kent Ade said he hope to complete the signing of Thurrock's Steve Harper on Monday.
"Harper, who signed a two year contract in the summer of 2005, has struggled to find form and consistency this season.
In his first season at the club he finished top scorer and finished third in the Supporters player of the year."
yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss get in there! as a new wings fan{just moved in to the area<im well chuffed that we have stopped the rot<the first league victory since i started coming along<this squad should win this division and go up to the conference, apart from the clevedon town match they have shown good promise since then and todays result is well deserved if a little overdue!come on the wings!
Few playeys have been getting a bit of stick recently but they all played superbly yesterday. JT made one fantastic save whn it was 2-1 and yo could see his confidence coming back in the second half when coming for crosses etc. The back four were excellent. Mark Goodfellow put in some super crosses and took hie goal really well. Perkins & Lewis won just about everything in the air and Leon is getting back to fitness & form. Des Boateng threw himself around as always, Daisy controlled the game and Bod was a constant threat down the right. Martin Carthy was superb, probably playing in his best position, just off Keds, who held the ball up superbly and linked the play. But one player who stood out for me yesterdy was Che, he played wide right and put in some superb runs and crosses and set up Carths with an excellent low cross for the equaliser. He also got back and defended really well, in what was probably not his favoured position. All in all they were back to the Welling we know and love and we got the bit of luck we have missed over the last few weeks with the first 2 goals - the keeper spilling it straight to Carths and the corner being half cleared straight on to Ben Lewis' left foot
Well done everyone - revenge on Dorchester next week please
Agree completely. I thought Che was brilliant - he must have covered a lot of ground as he was there helping out the defence when B.S. threatened. Goodfellow was excellent, really pleased to see hime score as well. In a way it's a shame to pick out individuals as it was an fantastic team performance. Just what was needed.
what really worked the tactics and the formation which when we had the ball was a 4-3-3 and then 4-5-1 when we didnt super show but some people are still a bit away with there best performances but its coming
