Having just witnessed a perfectly good goal ruled out in the last seconds of the game, I hope the linesman can clarify why he gave offside against kedwell.

No Salisbury player had appealed for it from what I could see, though clearly the tactic of all berating the linesman earlier in the half when Welling had clearly beaten the offside trap had paid a huge dividend with this lst minute decision.

Did Welling deserve to win? No

But we have been cheated out of a perfectly good well earned point.

I wait to be corrected by video evidence !

Every time they put their hands up appealing for offside the lino gave it.

As for the perfectly good goal, it was impossible to be offside in that position. Our guy went round a player and pulled the ball back. He crossed it almost from the by-line so there's no way anyone could have been offside unless they were actually standing on the line which they weren't.

I don't think we deserved to win though. Salisbury are a good side and played the ball around quite well. They also had most of the possession.

It was a weird feeling. I thought Salisbury deserved the win and would have left the game happy that the better team won, but after the goal was disallowed i was gutted to have lost!!

Wish we'd stop hoofing it as much as we do, there are players there that cause plenty of damage when the ball is on the deck (Kedwell, Day, Mackie, Slipknott, Green) but instead it goes route one more often than not which, for the past few matches, the centre backs have easily snuffed out.

On the plus side, was good to visit Dartfords new ground, very impressed with it and the facilities there, Yeading on Saturday will be a slight change!

According to someone who was level with it, Sailsbury's equaliser was two feet offside, so nice to know we were screwed over twice.

I was level and it was as much off side as our "goal". Their winner was one of the best goals I have seen for some time. That ball was moving.
