I think it is a shame Phil is not staying. We should recognise the contribution that Phil and Neil have made, as well as that of Ade. I hope we continue to keep a fitness instructor at the club - it made a noticeable difference to the team.

I do hope he is staying as he would be the natural successor to Adie and has played no small part in the squad assembled and the success we have had this season in league and FA Trophy. Let's not forget what Adie and Phil have done for the club, despite a couple of disappointing results of late. If Phil is not staying, as I believe to be the case i would like to see Chris Moore as Player/Manager
