I seem to recall seeing something earlier in the year.
Ebbsworth Valley is part of the Thames Gateway Development and will be the new terminus for the channel tunnel trains. Presumably they want to get in on the ground floor in the hope that the attention Ebbsworth will get will attract funds for a club adopting the name.

It might just as well be a terminus. It'll be harder to get to than Waterloo. Why they didn't link it up with the North Kent Line I don't know. I think the idea is to use bus links to get there. Either that or drive and park which totally goes against the policy of getting people to do without their cars.
