The Extra reports that we have signed Dave Richardson who was at Woking and Dagenham last season as fitness coach.

Well that's the management team - lets hope that the trials produce a squad!!!

Lets hope the new guy does as well as Neil. I thought his commitment and efforts in raising the level of fitness in the team was excellent.
