Penalty after 2 mins and what has been described as a superb goal after 38 minutes. Sounds like he is in form and could possibly have had a hat trick had he not been subbed at around about the hour mark.

Sky Sports says Keds scored in the 86th minute as a substitute against a Spurs XI which included their new signing Boateng, Routledge and Huddlestone. The Tottenham website says he drilled the ball in for Gary O'Connor to score - either way he made a telling contribution to the goal. Hopefully he can keep up his pre-season form and get sold on at a hefty price
