According to the local paper Barry Hobbins has been appointed as the club's General Manager, succeeding his father Graham. When you consider the responsibilities that Barry already has, surely this will be too much work for one person to do. Maybe this was a chance to get some much needed new blood into the club.
General manager is general manager mate.... If not why have it?? He is either general manager or not or are you saying that its on a par with our chairmans title??? just a name?
