Anyone know if Mooro has actually signed?

Last news I recollect was that he had been made an offer by Neil.  Must admit that since he turned out for the Gillingham game I assumed he had agreed terms but I can't find confirmation.

I think one of the freebie newspapers said he'd signed. He's on suspension for today's game though.
