Maybe with Welling and the non-existant budget we will always be relegation material and have been spoilt by Ade Pennock as he is one of those rare managers that can work on a shoe-string
I'm NOT saying get rid of Hobbins but we could do with a bit more cash for the cause - jgfc is right on lack of ambition and we will be a poor team until things change

THE CLUB LACKS AMBITION THE CLUB DOESNT WANT PROMOTION THE CLUB WANTS EVERYONE TO WORK FOR NOTHING THE COMMERCIAL DEPT IS SHI T WE HAVE FINISHED HIGHER THAN NINTH LESS THAN A HANDFUL OF TIMES IN TWENTY YEARS INCLUDING RELEGATION AND FINISHING IN THE RELEGATION PLACES AND BEEN REPREIVED MORE THAN ONCE WE HAVE A CHAIRMAN IN NAME WHO DOESNT OWN OR FUND THE CLUB WE DONT HAVE A RESERVE TEAM (A PROPER ONE) THE BUDGET HAS NOT CHANGED THIS SEASON BUT WAS CUT 3 TIMES UNDER ADIE, ONCE IN THE PLAY OFFS!! AFTER EARNING OVER 100K IN CUP MONEY!! WE ONLY EMPLOY INEXPERIENCED MANAGERS 90% OF THE TIME NOW IT SEEMS THE WSU HAS PAID 48K TO THE CLUB TO SPEND ON PLAYERS ON THE GROUND. WTF IS THE CLUB DOING THEN?? BINNING THE MONEY? CUP MONEY AND WSU AND STILL A **** BUDGET AND CACK COMMERCIAL DEPT. AND STILL WIN FCK ALL ON THE PITCH.
