I must say if that is how your team are playing every other week, then the anger that your fans showed is absolutely justified and I can't see how the manager can survive. Theres usually a few apologists on every forum, but I certainly can't see or hear any on here, so things must be bad.

As for the game, I'm sure you will agree we should have scored at least three. I'd say our league position is rather false at the moment, as our key players, ie the two big centre halfs and the young sweeper, plus two of our forwards were injured for the first 6 games of the season. But the ease of which our players were able to pass the ball around reflects badly on the work rate of your players. For a team in the Conference South, we were expecting a much stiffer test really.
But ultimately the only real positive goes to your fans who supported their club whilst letting the wasters who represent it know that the effort they were putting in wasnt good enough. Plus, a number of you clapped our players off at the end, which was a nice touch. I saw one of your own players had to be restrained from having a pop at your fans. When will these moron players ever learn? Its happened at Wealdstone a few times down the years, always, and I repeat always after a pathetic defeat. If only they showed as much fight on the pitch as they did with the people who pay their wages......

It's really hard to tell the difference between Smith and Solomon isn't it. Can somebody who was there confirm?

Yeah I really want to know who it was as well - couldn't imagine it being Leon as he's liked by the fans - Smith on the other hand isn't the most popular person at the moment

hang on YOU were told it was leon, then YOU think we will find it was leon?

NEIL lets have your view on the official site or in the press or as usual have you stuck your head in the sand after a bad result. Why not register on here and have your say?

Does anyone know who it was having a go at the fans?

WTF!!

Heard it all before. Im a Fighter, Im proud blah blah

FFS NEIL

Paul Vines and John Main should have been on your list. You are still piSSing about with your squad now, more loans than the royal bank of scotland.

How many times have we heard that its unacceptable and changes will be made.

EMPTY PROMISES. Look at the cups we are out of look at the league table.

Look at the players you have signed!

WE NEED A CENTER HALF and NOW A FULL BACK
ONE OR TWO CENTRAL MIDFIELDERS
A QUALITY STRIKER
WE NEED COVER ON THE BENCH NOT AN ASSISTANT WHO AINT UPTO PLAYING

We have needed these all season!! DO THE DECENT THING AND GO!! YOU AINT GOT IT IN YOU NEIL TO BE A SUCCESS. THESE ARE YOUR PLAYERS, TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY MAN!

A fighter he might be, but a quality manager he's not.
Sorry Neil, but I think your time is up. We need players on contract, not on short term loan..........how else are we going to get stability in the club?
Please, when you go, take a few of your mates with you..........

A mate of mine says a couple of your fans abused your players as they got onto the coach and then gave them V signs from the motor as they pulled into the main road.

I like it :)

Bout time these over paid, underperforming players felt the heat. Has happened at Wealdstone plenty of times in the past, and I must say, a good bit of tension between the fans and players usually results in an upturn in fortunes.

Leon and Neil were walking off next to each other but as who was having a go I don't know I was on the opposite side of the ground. There were 25 or so Welling supporters in that corner - sombody must have seen what happened. I can't see the fans having a go at Leon - I felt sorry for the bloke in the match. He is a talented young man and he is wasted at the bottom of the Blue Square South.

I suspect Welling players could be described as many things but overpaid is probably not one of them

Mark is right - on the field they were all clueless. Leon had a bit more passion about him compared to some of the others who can't fankly looked as if they didn't care. Despite all Smith's threats about shaking things up and making changes - the team seem to want to play for him less and less. I have to disagree with J above - I don't think Smith is a nice bloke - have you heard the way he talks to his players - even warming up. Passionate yes but he has no idea how to manage and bring the best out of his players. His assistant seems no better.
