I take your point , I think what I mean is if your opinion is well enough informed you can quite easily seperate the wheat from the chaff when reading other peoples views and opinions.

Mate being basically called a Paedo and having had people view the post before Bruno caught the post and edited it is not very nice, without the other 3 or 4 points that the gentleman made.

I really dont see why if you disagree (being anyone) with a post why a person has to be anonymous then post vile statements as "RG" did.

J thats usually my style. And if he had not hid behind anonymity i would possibly have done that (and got a bollocking off Bruno).

The fact hes posted some disgusting remarks and stayed anonymous means i will bring him to task and take it further, I owe him/her nothing in loyalty etc. They should have had the cherrys to not be anonymous.

If i have a dig.... people know who i am and i either stand by more words or have to retract them with an apology.

if someone anonymous posts stuff like that its not nice. If 300 read it and 3 believe it or tell their mate, JgFc has been arrested for being.... etc etc.


J , Its FILTH i aint having it! As i said earlier i have already taken it further. Lets hope they have big pockets and extensive skills to change direction is their career.

PS i realy would have done nothing had the person done it in the open. I mean MarkX and i have had a few pops at each other but i havent sued him and he hasnt sued me and i am sure when he buys me a pint he will call me a _____

there are ways of doing things and an anonymous post of the nature that Bruno edited is way way way below the belt and he will be made accountable for his post.

If you truly hold that opinion then I'd seriously suggest you don't make any defamatory anonymous postings in his direction in the near future......

But then again if people don't understand the JgFc credo after about 8 years on various fora, nothing I observe will change it. You'd be better off reading certain sections of the Old Testament.

Stafford - I was called to the bar 20 years ago. My opinion is based upon considerable experience, and remains as a I previously stated. I strongly suspect I will not be an interested onlooker at the RCJ at any point in the very near future.

ill end it by saying this

Being labelled as someone who watched kiddy porn all day  and who is a fat bald ponce and a mug but some clown who posted from work...

is not acceptable to me.

My credo is transparent, have a dig and do it showing who you are i will have a dig back. if you just want to be anonymous and libellous, i will (and in this case HAVE go further)

Bruno feel free to lock the thread which has gone way off subject due to the iffy anonymous post.

Court Jester, If you think being called the things mentioned above by some little anonymous person is fine then fair play to you. I think otherwise and have taken it further and in case like this i become a dog with a bone. In this case for two reasons, to bring him to task and accountable for the vile post under anonymity and to find out who he is .

Cheers but you are clearly not me. Call me by my name if it makes you feel better although i prefer friends or people who know me to do that.

I got nothing more to say on the subject so will not comment further in this thread.

My only observation was on the likelihood of a defamation action. I passed no comment on the original posting which I had not seen.

Agree with the Hobbins decision or not, and opinion would appear to be divided, Neil has a lifeline.

How long/short the rescue rope is remains to be seen if results don't pick up.
