Moore seems like a great bloke, is certainly a good skipper/leader, and Im sure will make a good coach/manager one day, but not now in our current position.
Considering Smith and Nethercott played, and were coached, at a far higher standard than Moore, it just goes to show that being a good player and having lots of experience, although helpful, doesnt guarantee anything.
We need someone with a proven track record at this, or a similar, level. Moore as a helping hand with coaching and as skipper for me at this time.
