Well

I have read all of the recent posts regarding these two and I can fully see where everyone is coming from

BUT

We need service to whoever is deemed to be our forwards

I think Ellis can deliver a fantastic ball as can Mucu

Ellis I think will only get better and whilst he has been a pain with what he has done I think we should forgive and forget and NOT let another one go

Mucu in the second half on Saturday was great - If he can be coached to release the ball before he takes on the same man for the 8th time then he would be a great asset

Lets not get rid of our creative players

Regarding tackling back - that can be catered for by playing the right mix of other players - they would compensate

Although Mucu does track back quite often which in my opinion sometimes means we have no OUT ball - This being a failing of Welling over the past few years - remember when we always had 11 players in the box at opposition corners and free kicks

We clear only for it to come straight back

The right coach will sort this

Lets get behind the team right now just when they need it most

The only way which you could play Ellis and Mucu together MarkX is by playing three centre midfielders with one up front.  A huge possibility considering our lack of quality in the striker department, Coleman should make way after Saturdays performance.

Good shout Mark & I agree with you. We need players of their ability at this time and as you say, they can be coached to get the best out of them.
Muku turned their No. 4 inside out so many times it was great to watch, but he needs to be able to deliver a decent cross. In one part of the game, Ellis played a brilliant cross field ball to Muku who took it on his chest, then failed to deliver.
With a good coach, I'm sure that they will both improve...........as of course, the rest of the team will.

Youre spot on , the right man can sort this but I have my doubts as to whether ****erill can . On the flip side its all well and good having creative players but if as was shown saturday we have a soft underbelly we'll be down and out before we even create anything in games . The luxury wingers and the frailties in centre midfield are a massive negative in my opinion . Lets HOPE Glenn can rectify these and get a decent goalscorer in ASAP.
