Help!!!!!!

For the last month or so whenever I have tried to play one of the match videos it has come out green, orange and pink. Lovely sound quality still but the picture is hopeless. Any ideas?

Its either codec issues or you have installed another multimedia device which has hijacked the video settings.

I would uninstall windows media player, reboot and then redownload it off the net - latest version, this will reset the setting for windows media video and default it as WMP to open it..
If that doesnt work. Get klite mega codec pack off of google and install that then try the vids again.
If that doesnt work , get vlc media player off of google and save the video files to desktop and open via vlc media player.

If James has installed some new codecs onto his pc then it MAY be that you need the latest codecs.

If the below doesn't work then do as JGFC suggested.

1. Open up Windows Media Player.

2. Then In Windows Media Player, go to Tools | Options | Performance.

3 Now turn the Video acceleration setting down to None. It's a slider at the bottom of the Performance tab.

Let us know how you get on.

James' suggestion worked - tried it first as it seemed the easiest.

Much appreciated - right Goal of the Season!
