He doesnt waffle and if they play shiiite hes says they did, He also praises them and has brought in players when handcuffed (by the way smith managed like a muppet).
Have to praise all concerned including the Hobbins, lets hope we can kick on and the club realise if we do thing right (not go gung ho) then we have a chance of doing the fairytale again.

Also very impressed with the turn around under the current regime. I have to admit that I was critical at the start at the pace at which things were changing but have to give big credit to the management duo (and the club heirarchy) for getting us far better organised and for churning out the results.
I for one am far more optimistic about next season with these two in charge and a clean canvas to work with
You were indeed very impatient at the start of Fords reign - over the top I thought
But happily (we hope) he has turned it around
I too am looking forward to the team that he builds next season when he has complete control over the intitial squad and the loans that are available to him over a season
When we are safe I am looking forwrad to who stays too
But lets talk about that when the season is over - now is not the time
Good call Mark...........let's hope that we are safe and I'm sure that we will be. Fordy and Barny can build a strong team for next season and we will push for promotion. The turn around has been good and as JgFc said, credit where credit is due.
