I know a lot of you liked leon but i was never convinced, his passing was poor and struggled to keep the ball in play most of the time. But that could be said for most of them.
I know what you mean cj. I think I felt that there was a really good player in there waiting to get out - not sure we ever saw it - or at best only glimpses
Most if not all the players last season looked poor on the ball no one was comfortable,only chippy looked to keep it simple and pass to feet . That needs to change we need a central player who can control the game and dictate play.
CJ- intersting what you say about Chippy - I thought he hit too many long aimless balls. He did improve at the end of the season but up until then I thought he was a waste of space.
