When did you last see a Welling player show loyalty when he had other options?
(Save for Ellis possibly), More often than not when they get a few extra quid under their nose they sod off. Andy seems keen on building a spirit and ethos and maybe we will get some loyalty.
In the main i believe they can take the dollar elsewhere just dont come back when it suits you UNLESS you are better than we have or could get.

Aren't we being a bit hasty here guys. It wasn't Tony's fault that he was injured and I saw him as an ever present at matches following the injury. Could it not be the case that Andy Ford would want to run his eye over him as he never actually saw him play before offering terms. And aslo to ensure fully recovered. If he has gone elsewhere I stand to be corrected, but lets know that before dissing the guy. With the signing of Robin Trott and Moore, both good players in my opinion I suspect that Andy will want some younger legs at the back as well.
On a separate point could the non contract player that Andy Ford mentioned be Sonny Cobbs, might be away of enticing him to the club as effectively would put him on show
