Excellent Post Alan. Macca is a younger version of Mooro but nowhere near good enough. We have Tony who is injured and Young Frankie, Centrally though we lack strength in depth. I am not a fan of slow robotic center halfs like Russell Edwards and McEntaggert go and get a young tall center half released from a league team to play next to Frankie and build a central defensive partnership for years like man utd did .

Andy probaly needs to get 2 or 3 players out and bring in one of the young reserves and integrate them into the first team squad while he looks for more players.

I am not sure if Andy is vociferous in the changing rooms, beut he now needs to get better performances. The last few have been weak and unacceptable and people are not learning from mistakes. (And that includes Andy by the way)
