Absolutely No problem with this at all. He never went to the press screaming for a move, Welling get compensated and have a sell on clause.

Well done and good luck Craig, if it doesnt work out maybe he will return as Welling have acted with dignity and professionalism in this. (Next time put a clause in for 25k lol)

Hopefully some of the other players who want to progress see it is possible, but they have to put in the consistent performances. Which will help them and the club.

Hopefully Andy gets a few quid (But not too much of it as to be fair theyve gone out the Setanta and FA Cup and its in his best interests to get us through these not out to 5hit clubs we should beat. The club should recoup some of the extra money they injected and ask Andy to improve performances and results. Its a two way thing after all. IF Andy fails it would be prudent to have a few quid tucked away for emergency uses if needed.)

Lets hope Andy brings in the missing pieces to the jigsaw and kicks on ready for an assault on everything next year.
