played very well today and deserved our 3 points - for me the most noticable difference was Jerome and Charlie upfront they were very affective today unlike joe and charlie were
great performance and a great goal by blackburn as well
Wel Done Chaps and Well done to Andy and Jimmy on getting them going, now lets have consistency and keep it up. Some big games coming up with good atmospheres.
I thought Jerome Anderson and Charlie Sheringham worked really well together considering it was their first game together.
Agree about the ref. Absolutely awful as were the two assistants. More like Wilson, Kepple and Betty than officials and I'm not sure which one was Betty.
That was a great win today especailly when you take into consideration all the player movement we have had since Bishops . I dont know about anyone else but I saw a bit more of a rugid Welling side today there was less of the flair and tip tappy passing and more direct football which I think we play better at and will win us more games.
Full credit to Jeorme Anderson and Adam Gross who had excellent debuts. Just looking at the second goal on the video it was a peach a really well worked goal.
Really enjoyed the game yesterday, and Weston didn't really stand a chance. Welling were all over them. We'll have to ask the team not to score so early in future, as some people were still getting their cups of tea :D Someone also should have told Weston that the cross bar challenge is taking place half time at the vets match, not yesterday :)
A good performance against pretty poor opposition. Anderson played well and scored which is rare for a Welling forward this season. Gross was OK in the first half but went missing in the second half. Perhaps he needs time to settle in. Tough games are coming up so we need to win these type of matches.
