1 ) Welling have upped the budget and been able to attract players like Cobbs who was interesting higher clubs 2 ) You dont know what Histon are paying or offered.
No offence just a bit of a sweeping statement without foundation your post. Of course Welling's reputation has been one of not paying massive or competing with clubs for players. We do seem to be turning the corner though.
