Hampton quick and refs assistant not keeping up with play 2 situations where they were 4 or 5 yards offside and not given in last few mins. JD not happy.
Hampton playing long ball and our Centre Halfs a bit slow.
Overall fairly even. Game likely to hinge on an error or a piece of individual brilliance.

We doing ok. Their 2 and 9 booked for red card tackles their 3 had a lecture. Ive told a hamster fan to stfu after he told me to shut up. Hes now gone very quiet. Moses trying his nuts off . We had more possession they had better openings. JgFc news at ten .
im sick to death of the pathetic ref'ing at our level - not giving free-kicks and pens is one thing but yellow cards for leg-breaking tackles is quite another

Hampton had 2 half chances 1 from about 20 yds out and t'other about 35.
Welling just had to golden opportunities. Brilliant play by Baker ball throgh to Ryan Johnson 7 or 8 yards out and he side footed wide. Moses ball across goal hit Sheringhams foot 2 yds out and bobbled to keeper.

Hampton get 2nd defensive **** up. Keeper and defender (Dayes?) look at each other , Hampton pounce and put the ball in the back of the net. Game over 2 defensive errors and gilt edged chances to score missed..

As they say over here, s**t happens! There are still games left and work to be done, but it's not over yet, I don't hear any ladies singing, fat or otherwise.....
So sick johnson wasted bakers great work and a striker with 20 odd goals does naff all all game and cant pass or flick it home from 2 yards. Faz missed by a gnats. Dayes needs to get to know his team mates. The ref was a clown the lino was so far behind play it was a joke. The defence did well till sincs came off moses and blackburn tried hard. We were robbed. Bounce back next week

I thought tonight a draw would have been a fair result: we had the better of the first half but for all our possession we couldn't create any clear opportunities, while they played the better football in the second period. Over the course of the whole game we had so many throw-ins, corners and free-kicks around their area but lost the first header the vast majority of the time. Yet another very bad referee; I still can't understand why Baker got booked when it was him who was bleeding from the face. It even looked like he was celebrating with them for one of their goals. Tonight is a disappointment but we have a lot more massive games coming up against teams around us, such as Hayes & Yeading, Team Bath and Maidenhead and our run in is very kind so I still think the play-offs are a possibility. Even if our finish to the season isn't as good as the first half of it, our position and performances are a far cry from those of last season, and as long as most of the squad is kept here for next season, it could be a very good one.

They had more of the second half but I wouldn't say they played football at any point.
Their defenders were hoofers, there was not a creative bone in their midfield and the strikers feed on scraps. It works though as they are on a great run at the moment.
I'm sure we would like to be nailed on for the play-offs altyhough I would feel a bit uneasy about doing it that way.
booked baker for that and their number 4 punched the ground and told the ref to **** off very loudly when not given a free kick! ref called him over talked to him ... no card! he wasnt consistent probably had what baker had up his nose....
ref seemed to enjoy the home win, shame they replaced the original ref
