They had to play youth team players becuase many of the first team refused to play because (A) THey haven't been paid for 2 months and mainly as (B) They wouldn't have insured.

The rest of the world seems to be coming out in sympathy for them.
Call me hard if you want but it is about time some of those supporters who have larged it on the way up got it back on the way down. Normally they drop several divisions and avoid the direct pain from those they pass. Maybe the prospect of a good humbling would encourage a bit more humility towards those clubs living within their sustainable means while these types enjoy their new found largesse.
They are not the only ones who have handed it out on the way up and had the bucket out on the way down. Anyone got any spare washers?
They are happy when the clubs are signing players on silly deals and while they tread on more prudent clubs on the way up.
Hard for them in times like this, i dont have sympathy for the club or the team but some of the fans in this situation you feel for.

Danny Knowles... been at PVR before, sidcup lad , decent keeper. We havent got one for next season and have one on loan now (Charlie MAY prove his fitness and ability and be the keeper next year).... I wonder if Andy is going to make him (knowles) an offer?
Or sign him now till the end of the season?
