I'm sure there will have been lessons learned from the Lewisham College experience and the putting in place of a more solid structure with links to the first team via the coaching staff is in my opinion a definite step in the right direction.
Things are certainly continuing to change for the better at PVR. Well done Barrie and Barry.

Great news, from what I remember of the last team we had in the Youth Conference it is a great standard and should be much more beneficial for the club due to the direct links between it and the first team!

Heard about this a while ago and bit my lip not to post anything.
Brilliant news, the lewisham thing felt plastic, this is actually Welling United's academy based in Bexley where the players will have the identity of the club.
