I got to the ground at about 2.00pm and then drove about for an hour trying to park...every time I found somewhere someone would come out of their house and tell me to move even though I wasnt blocking anything..they seemed pretty pissed off....so decided to get back home and had a tyre blow out on the M25

The thing to note is that we HAVE to keep the nucleus of this team for next year (Obvioulsy Arter and Moses will be gone) to keep up the pressure next year
We have to make the most of this current team and get into the play-offs. The quaility Arter and Ademola bring will be just impossible to have next season and without them we will be weaker. In truth if you took them 2 out of the team and replaced them with players we own it is unlikely we would have won yesterday. I don't think it's a coincidence that our form has dramtically improved since bringing Arter into the side.
Can't believe Ford allowed Parkinson to miss the first 3 months of the season, he's been excellent at the back.

I agree that the chances of us keeping Arter and Moses are small, but Fordy managed to keep Cobbs last year when he apparently had the chance to join higher league clubs and hardly anyone thought he would be able to do that, so why not again?
Fordy has found players this season and will do next season. He will also attract better players as the club, he and his staff are getting a reputation.
I wouldnt put it past him in managing to sign Moses or Arter full time. As was said Cobbs signed didnt he?
Leave it to the Magic Man and see what he can come up with. This season is a great platform and it isnt over yet. IF we beat chelmo and keep winning its possible that one of the teams above us will throw it away and bottle it or have an injury crisis OR not be upto standard financially.

Don't worry - there are some AFC Wimbledon fans who live in and around MK, believe it or not.
They come in very useful every now and again - 'Sleepers' as I understand they are called....
I don't know which I found the more entertaining - the Wings grabbing a well-deserved 3 points against the leaders, or the thought of MarkX being given the runaround by a few Terry and June type wannabees in the Royal Borough...
