Gentle reminder you owe us son , so that means scoring. You are getting plenty of chances and plenty of money in wages. Might be an idea to start putting the ball away. Because its NOW that your goals could make a difference.
You came back to us after walking out.
Its payback time son.... time to walk the walk . time to prove you arent just back for the money. time to prove you really do give a flying **** .
The ball is in your court Baker

That's a poor post JGFC, we should ALL be pulling together to try to achieve the unthinkable, we shaould not be slagging off players, no matter what the circumstances.
And for what its worth Baker's hold up play and abilty to bring people into the game makes up for his lack of goals
To be fair to Baker he has been playing well recently and he works a whole lot harder than Charlie by chasing balls, hold up play etc. Is more of an asset at the moment.
Is rightly keeping Charlie on the bench, keep up the good work Baker!
I would tend to agree with Ray that aside from goals Baker is contributing a lot, his workrate has been good since he returned to us. I also feel that at the point Moses returns to Brentford (mid April I think) Baker and Sheringham will be a decent partnership.
I thinks James has been producing some brilliant performences. He holds the ball up well for moses. And weve been playing well with Moses and Baker up front so i dont see why your complaning?
I disagree that Baker and Sheringham will make a decent partnership because neither of them has enough pace. Nor do I want to see all three of them in the starting XI. We seemed to have stumbled on this formation with Cobbs' injury but I see no reason to change what is proving to be a successful formula just now.
On current form it is Moses and one other and Baker appears to be the preferred option. I am not his number one fan by any means after the way he left us first time around but he looks a bit fitter to me and has played hia part in two good wins against the top two in the league.
He walked out on us. Came back when they didnt want him and we need him to score goals. He had 3 decent chances at Wimbledon scored none. how many attempts on goal has he had?
WHAT I AM SAYING is we need him to score and pay everyone back if we are to get in the play offs. Why is HE under the spotlight? he is the one that shat on us before. If he scores the goals then all is forgiven but at the moment he needs to do above and beyond what is required after his actions harmed our hopes of going up. Capishe?
FCK ME! if i posted what i really thought you would all have kittens.

I believe Baker has scored 5 goals in 8 league games (6 starts, 2 sub) for us this season.
Not a bad goal scoring record is it?
In his recent games against Hampton and Wimbledon, he has been brilliant. Although he had plenty of chances on Saturday to score, his all round contribution was superb and caused there defenders many problems.
I think the way he is playing shows that he is trying to win the fans over so why don't all of you just support him and give him a second chance?
He is a very good addition to our squad and I am glad that he will be here next season aswell.
We the supporters don't own him (or any player for that matter). He's playing well and we've had two perfect results against the top two. That should be more than enough at the present time.
If Baker has scored 5 goals in 8 appearances including a couple as sub, I find it astonishing that nobody has questioned Ademola's place in the team as he has only scored 3 goals in 11 full league appearances!
When Baker was substituted last Saturday, there was nobody to hold the ball up when we went forward therefore Wimbledon had more of the play in the closing minutes and came close to snatching an undeserved point!
I haven't heard too many moans from Spurs fans when Keane returned from Liverpool!
Whilst I don't believe all the 'I didn't want to leave' and 'It easn't the money' nonsense that was spouted upon his return, his scoring record for us is good enough and he is playing better now than he did before he left.
Had Kedwell scored with the free header in the 96th minute last week, he and Ademola may have had to shoulder some of the blame fon not killing the game off just as Turner was for the mistake he made in the first game.
If we have any chance in pushing for the play-offs, we have to be UNITED.
In a spin off to this, I wonder who else is already contracted for next season.
Thinly Veiled James has signed a contract for next year and is delighted ... post by Anonymous
As i have said before i want him to score shi t loads and am just reminding him.
HE OWES us and goals and good performances now could be the way he repays us.
"Just reminding him" .... Do you think he's forgotten then ? He didnt have to come back, I assume Fordy wanted him back ! You're always banging on about how great Ford is so just trust his judgement .
Totally agree - FFS Tom, I for one didn't agree what Baker did. OK, for sure, he appeared to castigate Welling, but on his return, he has helped us get into the league position we are in to at present. Fordy must know what he is up to - Baker plays the role he is told to. Perhaps a bit like Teddy in his hey day. Give the guy a chance and see what evolves.
