I don't think all this nonsense from the conference will affect attendances. People will see the league table, see we aren't in the play-offs and not realise there is a traditional slapstick comedy running behind the scenes starring the Conference ground grading committee and Hampton & Richmond.
Shame though because if the game did mean something (and people knew about it) then you're right, attendance would be up.
