Yep today we were poor, it doest make Newport look good just they took whatever they could and we lost through two bad goals.

But hey,if you would have said to me that Fordy could finish his first season in the position that we are when I would have bought my season ticket I would be a happy man.

Its good to be walking down the road on the front foot feeling that we can give anybody a good challenge for what they bring. If he can keep a good core of players for next year and build we have every chance of being up there on merit rather than the way things have turned out this year.

Having said that I have no doubt that if the Frenchies throw money at it they will buy the title next year, great for the players earning but for the ongoing supporter its a poor indictment of what can be expected in supporting football today
