you know those pillows people take on airplanes? should buy a cheap job jot and wear them home and away vs hampton next season to guard against neck pain . and every time they kick the ball forward point to the sky and shout Ouch!

I believe it was Podgy Keeper who got sent off again. If so, that is twice in four matches so presumably it will be a six game ban for him at the start of next season in their new spanking BSP quality ground.
Six games off? How fat will he be by the time he plays again?
Woking shafted, Weymouth shafted, Lewes shafted, Fisher shafted, Chelmsford shafted in the play offs, Hampton shafted in the play offs, Totton shafted in the play offs.
Just about anyone we have issues with in recent seasons. Stafford survived though so it wasn't quite a complete box set!
Issues with Lewes? The people with issues are the Lewes fans. They were shafted by the Board. At least you'll be able to come to Lewes next season and enjoy the wonderful beer produced in my adopted home town. They may even allow you to drink it on the terraces. But don't worry, I'll still be supporting Welling.
Issues with Lewes - same as H&R. Not taking account of all the rules on and off the pitch and then whingeing when they were excluded.
I agree the board were the problem for not directing their spending appropriately but I never hear any of the fans of these clubs caught in this position saying they aren't eligible. I gets bloody wearing and the only recourse you get is when, inevitably, it goes tits up and reality strikes.
So Jack, as a resident of the area, do you believe that Lewes can support a team in the the Conference National or top echleons of the BSS based on natural\committed resources, correctly directed and sustainable spending based on the fact that they have an able manager.

Quite right the Lewes fans have issues - they're clueless. Did you ever hear one of them saying "Er, hang on..." all the time it was clear they were spending way beyond their means? No.
Great to see that H & R have been shafted - they are thugs, cheats and total a - holes. Maybe their overweight goalie will now show respect to the opposition. Good luck to Hayes and Yeading in the Conference Premier. Let's see if H & R refurbish their ground as they proposed before the playoffs - I doubt it. Roll on next season, when we shaft the cheats home and away.
To answer Stafford. I have never thought Lewes could sustain a team in the Conference National and I still don't. If they decide to keep Ibbotson as manager, I think they will do reasonably well in the Conference South. He seems to know how to manage and motivate a team. However, knowing the board, they will probably think they know best and appoint somebody else like Keehan, who had no idea (or to be fair to him experience, how to manage a football team). He was, after all, the commercial manager at Brighton and, by all accounts, Brighton were pleased to see the back of him. By the way, he appears to now have connections with Shoreham in the Sussex County League as he was a named sub for them in a game at Hassocks. He didn't come on, which is probably just as well, as he didn't look particularly fit!
To answer Anonymous. I know many Lewes fans who thought they had gone too far too quickly. Every club has fans who could be called "clueless", even Welling, but don't tar them all with the same brush.
At least when Lewes's ground wasn't up to standard, they were not allowed to take part in the play-offs, unlike H&R. Perhaps Lewes didn't know the right people in the right places or pass over enough brown envelopes.
