im sure he played for a greek super league team, and more recently was on trial at Hibs (i think) played in the millwall game, i thought he looked as good as anyone ive seen this season
Lloyd Blackman was the last Wings player to need international clearance having played in Wales for TNS or another Welsh club I can't pronounce in Europe!
I've just realised this is the same Craig Rocastle who has played int he league before, Sheff Wed and up in Scotland for Hibs! Could be a very good signing. And at 28 has still got some years left in him so hes not just an ageing, past it, football league pro.
Gone downhill very quickly according to my source , although might be a decent player at our level . Wont be easy though in this division for a player used to time and space on the ball . A very nice lad as well.
I am sure Craig will be a force at this level he has lots of experience and still fairly young, he knows Fordy from his Gravesend days. I think this is a great signing.

If you actually (to mr anon), read a little bit you would see that Rocastle was rated highly by the Greek team and was "indispensible" as a holding midfilelder. However Leon Knight had a punch up and they both have the same agent and both were released, probably as a direct result of Knight's barney with a Greek player. Their loss is our gain.

Feel a bit sorry for him then if that is the case, Leon Knights been snapped up by Hamilton Accies in the Scots Prem, where as Craigs had to drop to our level. Still as JGFC says their loss is our gain, but I reckon if he does well other higher placed clubs will be knocking soon with the experience he has under his belt.
