Off to Dagenham.....marvellous...whats the point...we could have played just as badly without him and with our own players

It really is getting beyond a joke now...we were pathetic!!!!

Yes he did know. Dan Spillers dad was there today. He said that Andy Ford asked him to play for us today because we were short of players. He knew Spills had already been offered a contract with Dag & Red.  How desperate are we getting?

DOGME - He would somehow have a ruck with the crane driver who would leave him hanging there ( with a bit of luck) - BBB

Still makes me chukle when he had organism followin second goal against VCD in pre season FRIENDLY. yes FRIENDLY  - The spectators that night thought what a *rick including myself

Can't see Spiller going as a big loss. He didn't seem to have much to offer from what I saw. I'd prefer Blackburn any day. At least he doesn't shy away from tackles like Spiller did yesterday.

Also watching Lee last season - especially after XMAS felt he was a loyal type player / person : WHAT ANY CLUB WOULD WANT IN A PLAYER, eases to be loyal to a club if you not a good player - but i think he is a good player and will benefit Welling greatly, especially with Parkinson alongside, suit each others game and physical aspects - shorty and tally (the giaffee - long legs and neck : jackie charlton look alike)

I have a feeling that if Danny Spiller knew he was signing for Dag & Red then he wouldn't want to jeopardise a long term contract by getting injured so sort of explains why he was quite cautious yesterday.

Dogme, I think Blackburn was released by Fordy, someone will put me right if im wrong.
